Let me give you a warm welcome to my homepage. Happy Birthday! I am 18. How is be like to be 18? It is a special and memorable moment of my life. I have celebrated my birthday for three times in different places: in Hong Kong with my relatives, in Davis with my roomates, and in San Francisco with my family & friends. pearl123

What do most STEPpers talk about besides their majors?I am in STEP, a program for the incoming freshmen. It provides workshops, advising, and classes as well. It is a wonderful summer program. We are not only learned to do well in classes and get to know the buildings and the surrounding of UCD better, but we also learned to build a good relationship between friends. However, the dorm food is extremely terrible. They look fine, but they don't taste good. I didn't say they don't have various kinds of food to choose from, but they taste really bad. | Living in the Dorm |
I am one of the STEP students at UCD. I am now live in Tercero. It is a very nice place. There are dozen of trees surround by the dorm. Every morning,when I walk by the path of Tercero, I will get this wonderful smell from the cows which will wake me up immediately. I live with a roomate who is Spanish. We talk, share, and help each other out. We build a good friendship between us as well as the people on the same floor. We work, play and discuss together. My social and work studying skills have improved while I am in the dorm. No matter, it is 9 pm or 2am, there is noise from the dorms; sometimes the music and sometimes the giggling. Even though it is a little bit noisy in the dorm, I still enjoy it because I meet a lot of friend and have a great time spending with them. | |||||||||||||||||||
